Process (Orderers)

1. App starts and the user is given the option to select between Pickup and Order
2. Order User can select any of the restaurants or storefronts located in the Brentwood Village
3. Once selected, the menu and names of all products are listed with the respective prices for that specific vendor
4. The user then chooses all of the products he/she wants that are listed and also has the option to add “special instructions” to, for example, ask for no tomato on a sandwich or ask for an extra packet of sauce.  
5. Once finished, the user scrolls to the bottom and presses “Request Delivery” and chooses a date and time from an interactive calendar
6. The prices from the chosen products are then tallied up and displayed as well as the delivery and service charges
7. The student then has to confirm his/her order
8. Figure out which form of online payment: options: venmo, paypal, credit card
9. Once the order is received by an EagleMate, the orderer can contact their phone number (if they have input on their “BIO” page) for communication over the order
10. The EagleMate will retrieve the order and once it is handed to the person ordering the food, the order will be completed and a rating system will be in place

Process (EagleMates)

1. EagleMates get a notification on their phone whenever someone requests an order
2. App starts and the user is given the option to select between Pickup and Order
3. The EagleMate then sees a screen with

Function:

• Paying EagleMates (people delivering food) and our profit
• We make a flat rate of $3.00 per order (1 dollar for each of us)
• EagleMates earn a flat rate of $2.50 + 15% of the cost (numbers to be determined)
• Take survey on which payment people prefer

UI:

• Home page with two options: order food, pick up food
• Order opens up to list of restaurants (see above under Function)
• Pick up opens to the list of current orders that are unfulfilled
